Project Consultant

job summary:

responsibilities:

• Responsible for general administrative support of programs
• Organize internal meetings and events other than briefings
• Provide support as needed for in person meetings
• Responsible for generating reports on briefings
• Maintain accurate inventory of equipment
• Provide logistical support to visiting clients & internal team members

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in fast paced office environment, supporting multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent project coordination, planning, and communication skills
