Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain realistic project timelines in response to customer demands.
- Facilitate prompt launch meetings with the production team.
- Monitor and uphold project timelines throughout its lifecycle.
- Consistently follow up and provide updates on project progress.
- Coordinate prototype development, including material procurement.
- Ensure prototypes adhere to specified requirements.
- Initiate the creation of detailed and accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Proactively consider packaging requirements once prototypes are approved.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of project status at all stages.
- Regularly liaise with in-house purchasing to ensure timely material arrivals.
- Continuously follow up with clients to secure timely delivery of necessary materials.
- Efficiently coordinate shipping arrangements with customers.
Quality Control - Collaborate with production to establish and enforce QA/QC standards before projects enter the assembly line.
- Consistently monitor production quality, promptly identifying and addressing quality issues during production.
Sales Support/Customer Support - Willingly provide assistance and support to address customer concerns and inquiries.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain open communication with customers, offering project status updates upon request.
