QC Manager

Randstad is urgently hiring for a QC Manager-permanent role- for a leading manufacturing provide in the defense and aerospace and semi-conductor industry. The ideal candidate will be oversee the entire QC Department managing at least 5 people to make process improvement. Responsibilities

-Supervise and provide direction to the QC team including hiring, supervision, coaching, mentoring, discipline and perform annual review assessments

-Provide professional subject matter expertise with CMM programs, measurement system analysis, root cause/corrective action.

-Leads investigations in response to non conformances, actively gathers necessary cross-functional SME’s and leads to resolve issues quickly.

-Support the shop floor with daily operations

-Provide reports on QC departmental trends and have the opportunity to make changes and improvements 

-Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS 9100
