salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• The Quality Assurance Manager, will inspect the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to government standards and meets customer expectations
• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
• They must fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition
• Devise and review specifications for products or processes
• Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
• Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
• Oversee all production procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Keep accurate documentation and perform analysis
• Oversee all ISO process requirements
• Work with government QAR on all programs
• ISO 9001:2015 experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS
