- Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control processes.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, using specialized software.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies and stock shortages.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the receiving and storage areas.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to reach their full potential.
- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status and performance metrics.
