job summary :
A Sales Recruiter is needed for a medical technology company focused on the repair, regeneration and replacement of soft and hard tissue in Fort Worth, TX, Memphis, TN, or Andover, MA areas.
The Sales Recruiter will develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to source and evaluate qualified sales candidates, manage the virtual recruitment process, and provide clear progress reporting, while ensuring compliance and maintaining relationships with business leaders.
responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns for specific needs.
- Manage the recruitment process, evaluating candidate experience, skills, goals, and competencies.
- Support virtual recruitment through MS Teams, email, phone, and other technology.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to business leaders for tracking progress.
- Identify action plans where progress is lacking and communicate mitigation plans to business leaders.
- Maintain strong relationships with business leaders to align recruitment processes with business needs.
Skills :
- Success with leveraging sourcing tools, social media, networking, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Preferred experience with sourcing independent sales distributors / agents.
- strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
- Must have 5 years of experience recruiting medical sales in a fast-paced environment.
- HRCI and / or SHRM certification preferred.
