work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Answering technical questions via email and phone
• Organizational skills, and some basic computer skills are preferred.
• Basic order entry (training provided)
• Work with other departments such as Engineering and Quality Control to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshooting and explaining issues with installation of auto parts to customers
