sample management specialist - pharma

We are seeking an experienced Sample Management Specialist to be responsible for the management, monitoring and reporting of Federal and State Compliance regulations pursuant to pharmaceutical drug sample programs. This includes, but is not limited to, researching sample issues, entering IT tickets, on/off boarding Sales Consultants, replacement program and returned units and monitoring vendor inventory levels. This is a hybrid position, candidates should be local to Whippany, NJ. Requirements:

• 4-year college degree, preferably Business Admin, Systems, Pharma Compliance or related field of study with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in the Prescription Drug Marketing Act
• Project Management
• Pharmaceutical experience with sampling programs
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Working knowledge of CRM Sample Systems

salary: $29 - $31 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• WHC IUD Replacement program – monitoring the PAIR approval queue for new orders and re-shipping orders that are returned due to non-delivery.
• IT tickets – Enter, monitor, and close IT tickets into ticketing system for inventory errors with the various sample programs. This includes researching the cause of the error and determining the action IT needs to take to correct the errors.
• Coordinating with sample vendors, warehouse fulfillment, and IQVIA – sample inventory reconciliation. This includes, but is not limited to, researching shipments, and reviewing weekly fulfillment reports and working with Sample Support and the SC on inventory questions and reconciliation.
• Monitoring and tracking Compliance Training requirements for Annual retraining requirements.
• Logistics of sample inventory between the warehouses and the vendor fulfillment center
