Security QA

job summary:
Our Seattle based client is seeking an Security QA to join their team-- starting remotely and eventually onsite. This role is in the Retail QA team in the our client's technology organization. This team is responsible for testing all the technology solutions before they are deployed to our stores to enhance our educator and guest experience.

responsibilities:
Requirements:

· strong understanding of HTTP headers, cookies, DNS.

· Experience with manual and automated testing

· Experience with bug-tracking tools

· strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience with web-based products

· strong communication and collaboration skills

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

· 3 years of experience in a QA Engineer role

· Good to have: Understanding of CDN solutions, WAF and Bot securities

· Familiarity with web security best practices and standards
