- Assists in the development of the company's BIM related goals, initiatives, and standards
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with designers, owners, and subcontractors
- Has an intermediate knowledge of BIM software, 3D design, and construction documents
- Has a basic knowledge of electrical construction
- Strategizes and identifies project modeling requirements
- Demonstrates competency modeling from a 2D document to produce a 3D model
- Preferred construction experience
- Preferred Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or similar
