Support Team Lead

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation:

• $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
• Prior experience in our sector is a plus, though not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Assist in the development and implementation of team strategies and protocols.
• Address any challenges or conflicts within the team and ensure resolution.
• Liaise with higher management, providing updates and feedback on team performance
