Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Come work for a great, high energy team. Immediate opening for someone starting their Human Resources career.  This position will directly support the Talent Acquisition team.  We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience and who has a passion for working with people. You must have at least one year of work experience in a similar role.  An internship can be that experience.  Additionally, this role requires a Bachelor's degree.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Schedules phone and onsite interviews, organizes travel arrangements for candidates and handles other logistics related to candidate interviews
• Develop, generate and distribute reports. Provides ad hoc reports and program summaries as needed
• Manages coordination and logistics for virtual and in person hiring events
• Oversees offer letter process; including creation, tracking and hand off to Shared Services
• Processes Invoices, troubleshoots payment issues as needed (missing/unpaid invoices)
• Manages HR and team sites
• Participating in hiring process optimization projects as needed
• Performs limited recruitment activities, ie. supporting internal only requisitions, candidate resume review, dispositioning, etc.
• Bachelor's degree required
