Responsibilities
- Customer service support for the company's apps and technology, handling troubleshooting, functionality of entering info, etc
- Responsible for supporting 3 areas
- Website - will support browser maintenance, resetting passwords, helping to ID different issues clients may experience on the site, etc.
- Mobile App - will support reloading mobile app, troubleshoot connectivity issues, navigation assistance, etc
- Online Financial Exchange (OFX) - will support identifying where to go to download info, review password bank inside 3rd party software, reset up, troubleshoot, etc. This function sees increased volume during tax season.
- Website - will support browser maintenance, resetting passwords, helping to ID different issues clients may experience on the site, etc.
- Associates in this role should be able to provide white glove customer service through phone based interactions, research and gather information through effective probing and listening skills to provide viable solutions in resolving complex client issues
