Warehouse Administrator

Are you a team player who enjoys working with others? Can you multitask and keep yourself and others organized? We are looking for a candidate who is professional over the phone and can also get a little dirty to make sure orders and inventory are correct. For this Warehouse Administrator role, we are looking for someone who can efficiently answer phones with a great attitude and help support all aspects of the business. Will also have to have knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Do you feel you are up for the challenge? salary: $22 - $23 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support both in office and warehouse associates
• Be able to have great communication and organizational skills
• Answer phones and direct them to the proper channel
• Great customer service skills 
• Ability to make quick and efficient decisions 
• Assist in building and checking orders that are placed
• Ability to respond to emails in a timely fashion 
• Help keep track of inventory and ensure products are in warehouse
• Positive can do attitude and a big team player
• Invoicing and experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
