Responsibilities
- Oversees warehouse operations, inventory control, & environmental services
- Manages the fulfillment team & ensures accurate inventory records & transactions
- Recruits, trains, & develops team members
- Establishes & monitors performance metrics for the facility & team
- Maintains a safe work environment & complies w/ regulations
- Monitors warehouse processes for quality & efficiency
- Authorizes & purchases equipment & supplies
- Coordinates shipping activities w/ logistics providers
- Evaluates facility operations & recommends process updates
- Inspects outbound orders daily for accuracy
- Performs inventory transactions using company systems
- Negotiates shipping discounts w/ carriers
- Fosters a culture of safety & ensures compliance
- Stays updated on laws, regulations, & guidelines
- Performs routine clerical duties (data entry)
- Handles miscellaneous job-related duties & special projects
- Fluent in Spanish
- Forklift operation & familiarity w/ "ShipStation" software
