warehouse supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader with a proven track record of successfully managing more than 20 employees? We are looking for a problem solver to oversee and assist in the execution of daily processes related to the inbound and outbound flow of goods. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and confident problem solver who is able to lead a team. It is highly preffered for candidates interested in this opportunity to be able to speak English and Korean fluently.

salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements through more effective processes, elimination of duplicate efforts, waste and other defects in the process
• Achieves financial objectives by ensuring the allotted budget is in line with annual budget and negotiating rates with carriers and other service providers
• Maintain and lead distribution operations for the overall productivity agenda across distribution center inventory fulfillment, warehousing and transportation movement including truck load, direct-to-customer delivery,
• LTL, parcel and international freight
• Prepare report for performance of warehouse operation and KPI (Productivity, customer/vendor satisfaction, and accuracy in shipping)
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles with data storage systems

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
