POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Position Title: Scheduling Coordinator
Reports To: Sr. Education Manager
Classification: Salaried/Exempt/Full-Time
Location: On-Site, Support Center Office – Blue Ash, OH
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Scheduling Coordinator is tasked with supporting and maintaining Range USA’s education department demands. The primary responsibility for this role will be to support daily class schedules. Coordinator will also assist with instructor and customer needs as it pertains to education. This role will work closely with several departments to maintain and engage customers and students. The Scheduling Coordinator is a detailed oriented individual, effective communicator, and possesses strong organizational skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Schedule, maintain and communicate calendar updates internally with instructors and store leadership
- Coordinate agreement, release, and waiver management per organization
- Support internal and external customers through ticketing system
- Produce monthly reporting i.e.. incidents, revenue.
- Assist with the maintenance of classes, rescheduling customers and instructors when required
- Review required training documents for instructors
- Maintain interdepartmental communications i.e.. customer experience, marketing, product, operations, accounting
- Follow up on audits for product and other classroom inventory
- Other duties assigned as required
