Looking to hire a Front of the House Team Member

As a Front of House team member, you should:

· Be the face of Rangeen, meeting and greeting customers.

· Be responsible for taking orders at the POS (Point of Sale) and phone calls

· Managing service to the guests at the table

· Assist in packing orders for to-go

· Observe health and sanitation guidelines

· Bussing tables after guests leave

· Polishing silverware and making sure silverware is wrapped to be used for the diners and customers as well as plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses, beer glasses

· Making drinks and assemble desserts at the back of the house. Also ensuring special requests of customers are communicated to the cooks and line cooks.

· Ensuring and checking orders are fired on the line from Kitchen Display.

· Being agile enough to take ownership and responsibility of tasks assigned

· Be willing to take initiative, outspoken and very friendly. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY

· Be good at clear communication with customer, co-workers, employer, and be a problem solver

Our Front of House Team Members need to:

· Have a positive attitude, enthusiastic and fun loving

· Stand and/or walk for an entire shift - From bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

· Work with a sense of urgency, and are able to multi task throughout their shift

· Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.

Pay: $14 per hour plus tips (guarantee of $18 per hour including tips)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
