Must reside within 20 miles or a 30-minute drive to Gainesville, Georgia. The hourly, full-time position is responsible for direct advocacy services to survivors of sexual assault and their significant others. Applicants must have the ability to perform individually and within a team of staff and volunteers who respond to 24/7 emergency services that includes days, nights and weekend crisis line response and forensic medical exam accompaniment. Other duties are assigned related to direct service operations and compliance, as well as participation in various aspects of engagement in community networking, outreach, education and public awareness. Initial and ongoing training compliance is significant and requires both face-to-face and online participation in varied schedules. Must have the ability to input and report data using various software and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in human services, social work, psychology, or a related field. Will consider commensurate experience. Some evenings and weekends required.
