General Description: The Office Coordinator for the Field Office is responsible for assisting our clients in their time of need while providing exceptional customer service. The perfect candidate has the ability to handle each assignment with empathy and a sense of urgency. The person in this role will be the key for meeting the commitments with our clients and making sure we deliver at every step of their experience. They will also provide administrative and customer service support to the Branch Manager, Project Manager(s), and technicians as according to established policies and procedures.
