The role of the Operations Supervisor is of utmost importance in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of bus operators and customers. They are responsible for conducting driver field evaluations, being the first responder in case of accidents, and communicating respectfully and professionally with other Dispatchers, Bus Operators, and Supervisors. As an Operations Supervisor, they will be responsible for scheduling and administrative tasks, in addition to performing the duties of a Dispatcher and Road Supervisor. For this critical role, we require a candidate with at least two years of experience, an active CDL, and a passenger endorsement. The candidate must also have open availability.
