Ravalli Electric Co-op (REC) is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative to join our team. If you are excited about providing exceptional member service, this is your position!
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist REC members in the office, by telephone, in-person, email, or fax
· Provide a positive experience while answering questions, assisting with billing and membership questions, and providing appropriate solutions
· Accept payments ensuring accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong customer service and cashiering experience
· High School Diploma or GED
· Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
· Clear communication and active listening skills
