We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet targets.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve store targets
- Train and mentor employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock replenishment
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and vendors
