Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. This role is crucial in helping patients regain strength and function after injury or illness.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct evaluations to determine patient's physical condition and develop treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy, exercise, and other modalities to treat patients
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
- Monitor and track progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
