Job Title: Physical TherapistJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses, improve their mobility, manage pain, and prevent further injuries. The Physical Therapist will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Conduct assessments to determine the level of physical function and limitations.2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.3. Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and overall function.4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.5. Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises and techniques to continue at home.6. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.8. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in physical therapy.Qualifications and Skills:1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.2. Must be licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state.3. Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.7. Ability to multitask and prioritize patient needs.8.
