What is Customer Support? : In this position, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience demonstrating the Leppo Way by engaging and interacting with customers via all modes of interaction (phone, email, in-person, etc.).
You will manage the duties on the counter and provide service to customers, as well as be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business.
Business Hours : 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm Monday through Friday
What will I be doing in this role?
- As Customer Support, you will provide service and support to both internal and external customers by answering and directing calls appropriately,
- Assist walk-in customers : This includes assisting customers by properly identifying and correctly pricing items, assessing and defining customer applications so the correct product can be presented, handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions, while always providing exceptional customer service to customers
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services offered.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications
- Assist with billing and credit invoices to support business needs.
- May need to be hands-on and assist in the loading and unloading of equipment.

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge :
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Strong verbal skills
- Ability to deal with a high volume of tasks, stressful, and sometimes unfamiliar situations
- Excellent time management and efficiency skills
- Excellent organizational skills with heavy attention to detail
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and / or quantitative productivity standards.
