A well established and growing Lehigh Valley employee benefits and financial planning firm needs a Trainee to be a Benefits Assistant. This agency handles health, dental, vision, disability and long term care insurances, as well as pensions. The firm works with multiple carriers. This an excellent opportunity to enter the growing Human Resource field.
The successful candidate will have:
Familiarity with 401k plans and preferably some benefits administrative experience
The ability to plan and organize large volumes of work and yet maintain an eye for details
The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
The ability to work with minimal supervision
