Are you a talented but overworked IT help desk agent, burning out at your MSP? Want a slower pace and the convenience of working (mostly) from home? Job Description:

IT Helpdesk Technician expectations:

  • Full time salaried position, M-F 8-5pm, work from home 80% with limited work at client sites and very limited night/weekend/on-call responsibilities.
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience with: Mac/PC computers, Office 365 admin, on-prem AD, IPv4 networking.
  • Possible opportunities for commission-based business development.

  • Trustworthy, enthusiastic, reliable, detail oriented, and self-sufficient.
  • Outstanding listener, pays attention to details and takes notes when meeting others.
  • A GREAT "people person" and you genuinely care about the security and reliability of client technologies.
  • You must have: a reliable car/drivers license, a quiet workspace and a fast Internet connection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
