Job Description:
IT Helpdesk Technician expectations:
- Full time salaried position, M-F 8-5pm, work from home 80% with limited work at client sites and very limited night/weekend/on-call responsibilities.
- Must have 2-3 years of experience with: Mac/PC computers, Office 365 admin, on-prem AD, IPv4 networking.
- Possible opportunities for commission-based business development.
