Scope of Job:

RCM is seeking a Data Analyst for our Biotechnology Client. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data using statistical techniques, implementing, and maintaining databases, gathering data from primary and secondary sources, identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends from the data.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide integration support for multiple projects.

aRMM – functional area -safety.

AE-PC- while functional area is safety, the processes relate to tracking the completion of training.

The outcome will be to transfer data from one application to a data lake environment.

Convert the data and understand how data from one system relates to another and what the map will look like.

Qualifications:

5 Years Data Analyst experience required.

Technical experience rather than functional experience to translate functional requirement into data requirement and data transformation logic.

Understand how data integration works.

Understand data mapping.

Understand data migration.

Knowledge of GxP is ideal, but not critical.

Good communications to interact directly with stakeholders.

Ability to identify, define and propose the quality framework based on daily challenges.

Excellent communication and technical writing skills required.

Data Mapping Experience.

Proven Track Record as a Data Analyst.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university.
