Terminal Manager (Crude Oil)

RCS Staffing has an immediate need for a Terminal Manager in Belpre, OH. This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire, Onsite assignment with our client.

Overview of YOUR role as a Plant Manager:

The Terminal Manager directs and oversees all operations of the Terminal / Plant in a safe, efficient and productive manner and takes all necessary steps to ensure that the Plant / Terminal remains safe, profitable and operational. Establishes and maintains a positive work environment that motivates each employee to deliver an elevated level of service that pays attention to details and meets the highest standard of customer service.

As a Terminal Manager YOU will:

• Responsible for the oversight of operations for the Terminal / Plant, and all employees on-site
• Possesses the skills and ability to quickly problem solve and identify areas of opportunity and execute
• Provide engineering / technical expertise to company leadership and all direct employees
• Project management experience with proven track record of successful implementation and integration of said projects
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Responsible for compliance with Employee Handbook and the hiring of personnel
• Maintains appropriate personnel records and properly evaluates staff on an annual basis
• Be ultimately responsible for safety, conduct safety meetings and inspections and maintain records as required by regulatory agencies
• Establish and maintain clear communications between all employees and customers, establishing an environment which is conflict-free with an emphasis on respect for others
• Performs a variety of Terminal / Plant and job-related duties as needed and assigned

YOU are the ideal Terminal Manager candidate if you have:

• BS in Engineering from an ABET accredited university (preferred)
• A minimum of 7 years of direct supervision experience
• A minimum of 10 years of prior relevant engineering and project management experience
• Strong communication skills, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision and provide leadership to other team members
• Ability to work effectively in teams

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
