Retail Design Collaborative, an award winning architectural firm with a diverse portfolio, headquartered in Long Beach, California, is currently seeking a Project Manager/Design Manager to work on a variety of major retail & commercial projects. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to execute design concepts, advance projects through documentation and construction and coordinate client and consultant relationships.
Qualifications include:
- 7 years of experience providing architectural services
- Project Manager for 3 years utilizing Autodesk AutoCAD & Revit software
- Accredited architectural degree preferred
- Licensure preferred
- LEED AP BD C a plus
- Retail architectural experience a plus
- Experience with planning & zoning permit process/entitlements and representing projects at public hearings
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Sketch Up, Grasshopper, Rhino, etc.
