Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, and selling, luxury homes
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Guide clients through the process of completing real estate transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in fair housing regulations
Requirements:
- A current Washington State Real Estate License
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations
- Familiarity with the local real estate market
- Bilingual skills (desired but not required)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
