We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional office assistant to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, managing mail, and deliveries, operating as the concierge for our executive suites, working to rent properties, updating leasing agreements, and assisting us with other operations as needed. - Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
- Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
- Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
- Locate tenants to occupy our various rental properties
- Ensure prompt and effective communications with potential tenants
- Show potential tenants the properties, if necessary
- Update an review leasing agreements
- Operate as the concierge for the executive suites
- Order supplies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
- 1 year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills (Knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Suite)
- Experience working in a real estate office is a plus
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required. College degree a plus
