Readywork Inc is a rapidly growing staffing agency committed to connecting top talent with businesses across various industries. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our expanding team.

As a BDM you will be responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing gross margin through the generation of new business. This is done through acquiring new clients, including temporary, temp to hire, and direct placement opportunities. The BDM must be incredibly adept at communicating at all levels of an organization. The BDM is persistent in prospecting and closing on new opportunities that strategically align with the division/area strategy and will consistently achieve required KPI’s that ensure success. The business development manager will grow revenue profitably by selling value and differentiating our services.

· Essential Develop assigned territory; develop business through a combination of methods that may include all or in part: research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments with new clients.

· Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and telephone.

· Build relationships with decision makers at all levels of an organization both during the sales cycle and once partnership is established

· Meet or exceed weekly goals to bring in new accounts.

· Prepare and present staffing agreements.

· Record all business and sales activity in company database as well as complete required activity reports

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of successful sales / business development management experience.

· Staffing industry experience is required

· Knowledge of target market, to include both prospective client and geography

  • Operate and work with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent oral and written communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
