Video Production Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and creative Video Production Specialist to film, edit and produce video content for our premium brands. What you’ll be doing:
· Own the process! Drive collaboration with the marketing and product teams to develop content priorities, schedules and manage a content calendar that guides your day-to-day activities
· Schedule video shoots at our in-house video & photography studio. We would envision half of the week shooting and the other half in editing and production to continually churn out relevant new video content each week for distribution through our marketing and e-commerce channels
· Disseminate product and content info from marketing team into sequenced talking points and product highlights to convey primary messaging, and coach on camera team members through the process to achieve video objective
· Primary administration of our YouTube channels as well as other distribution channels.
· Supply our online dealer partners with video assets upon request, which often requires file format modifications to meet their particular needs
· Continually communicate new asset additions to the rest of the marketing team for internal use and additional distribution opportunities (i.e., social channels, blogs, email marketing, etc.)
· Assist in organizing video assets within our asset library for easy identification.
Experience and Attributes:
· At least five years of successful and demonstrated experience in a similar role with full video production responsibilities
· Strong understanding and familiarity with the Adobe Suite of video production products, in particular Premier PRO and After Affects
· Sound/Audio recording capabilities using Adobe Audition or similar program
· Familiarly and ability to expertly operate Sony Video Camera’s
· Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting, but also able to work independently to accomplish objectives
· Flexible - able to change priorities and direction quickly and effectively
