Job Posting for Data Entry Specialist at Real Estate Company
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Data Coordinator
Input listings, make changes, provide proofs and upload required photos and public documents into Flex MLS system
Enter commercial listings in to appropriate websites
Add listings, contracts and closings on sales sheet
Add listings on Powerpoint for presentation
Ability to enter accurate data/information into a data base
Qualification / Requirement:
Professional appearance, positive attitude, mature personality and a willingness to work in a team member environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel), web searches, MLS and general real estate software programs
Detail-Oriented, exceptional organization skills and able to multi-task and provide a high level of customer service within a high-stress, demanding work environment
Operation of standard office equipment
Exceptional typing skills with accurate spelling, grammar and proofreading
Education / Experience:
High School Graduate
Associate degree preferred
At least 3 years of experience in an office environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
