REPORTS TO: General Manager
LOCATION: 3201 Parkside Dr. Charlotte, NC 28208
HOURS: Monday - Friday (9AM - 6PM)

Job Description:
Real Floors is looking for a dynamic and versatile Sales Coordinator to assist our sales team in various aspects of their daily operations. This role will serve as an essential bridge between the sales team and our valued customers. The ideal candidate is presentable, proactive, and willing to learn on the job, as no prior experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Force Extension:
  • Act as an extension of the sales team, supporting their efforts in the field.
  • Accompany sales representatives on client visits (ride alongs).
  • Learn how to measure and assess customer needs.
Customer Communication:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with customers to address inquiries and provide information.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team.
Trade Show Participation:
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Engage with potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Be the face of the company and create a positive impression.
Marketing Support:
  • Participate in sales blitzes and marketing campaigns.
  • Meet with clients to gather feedback and understand scope of work.
  • Get involved in field activities to understand customer needs and preferences.
Order Processing:
  • Assist customers with order placement and inquiries.
  • Enter and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Quoting and Pricing:
  • Generate quotes for customers based on their needs and specifications.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide pricing information.
  • Maintain up-to-date pricing and product knowledge.
Customer Service Support:
  • Assist the Customer Service team by creating orders and handling special requests.
  • Provide measurements and floor plan layout changes for partial installations.
  • Be flexible to support various customer service tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • A 'go-getter' attitude with a strong desire to excel in a sales support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to participate in trade shows and other events, presenting a presentable appearance.
  • No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite).

Additional Information:
This role may require occasional travel to attend trade shows or client meetings.
Training will be provided for candidates without prior sales experience.
This position is not eligible to receive commission.
