Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to market and sell products or services
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Engage in warm calling techniques to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their questions and concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively market and sell products or services over the phone
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
- Technical sales knowledge or experience is a plus
Please note that this position requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively market and sell products or services over the phone. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow you to communicate with a wider range of potential customers. Experience with CRM software, is also beneficial for managing customer interactions.
