RPRG is currently seeking a Research Associate for its Columbia, Maryland location. The Research Associate is a critical component of RPRG's production of comprehensive feasibility analyses, providing essential support services to market analysts and principals. This position can lead to a transition to a Research Analyst following mastery of real estate analysis fundamentals and RPRG’s systems.
Responsibilities:
· Conducting phone surveys of rental and for sale housing communities and compiling survey data in computerized databases
· Conducting internet research to gather and compile key economic, demographic, and housing data
· Assisting in report production
Requirements:

Requirements include:
· An undergraduate degree in urban planning, real estate, finance/economics, or related business field
· A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
· An ability to communicate clearly and effectively through the use of narrative text, statistical tables, graphs, and maps
Salary:
This is a full time, entry level position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
