Safety Associate

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Safety Associate with a can-do attitude and creative problem-solving skills to join our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily communication with drivers about their Safety according to FMCSA rules
• To conduct safety orientations (claims, logbooks, paperwork) of newly hired drivers
• Schedule orientations by time and date with current Drivers
• Provide support for drivers via phone and emails

• Call drivers for a safety meeting for the poor performance of Unsafe driving based on Samsara events and low scores from the monthly Samsara reports
• Hold training meetings in the office / on the phone of our drivers, for general improvement and education;
• Create speeding reports and alert the drivers daily for speeding in HOT Areas (OH, IL, IN, PA)
• Monthly report of improving Safety on the road, and daily checking Samsara platform
• Perform other duties as assigned
