Hours Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm overtime available as well
JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Installer is to install all field devices and associated wiring to the highest industry standards. Installers are responsible for some communication with the customer, vendors, subcontractors, The Installer will ensure that all installation process and procedures are followed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Possess knowledge of all field devices provided and professional wiring methods. Demonstrate capability to use a computer to program IP addresses of devices.
Use the proper installation methods for conduit, field wiring, device termination and mounting.
Properly record daily time, task, and project identification electronically
Possess ability to understand project blueprints and install accordingly.
Define and sequence all installation activities to achieve project schedule.
Know and follow all, OSHA, and jobsite safety requirements.
Maintain electronic and hard copy job folders, and Company systems, to include all necessary information such as Bill of Materials, Work Schedule, Asset Sheets, Approved Plans, Permits, and Packing Slips for received materials, contractor bids, and Scope of Work.
Monitor and control your costs related to the execution of a project.
Continually coordinate with any involved trades and document any requirements to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Cost 80 % of labor time to projects while maintaining high efficiency and productivity
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Keep track of all project equipment and materials.
Other duties as assigned.

OTHER DUTIES: Constantly work towards your development of industry and installation knowledge.
Join in scheduled on-call rotation and satisfactorily service clients
Keep jobsite and Company vehicle clean, organized, and orderly.
Communicate daily progress to the project supervisor in format required.
Attend any required jobsite meetings.
Attend weekly Operations Department meetings to communicate and identified issues and provide detailed suggested solutions.
Attend any on-going safety meetings.
MENTAL DEMANDS:
Most of the duties are varied and regularly require analysis, comprehension or limited judgment and discretion. Some of the duties may not conform to standard practices requiring the use of the analysis and interpretation to resolve problems.
Requires the use of mathematical skills occasionally or about 1/3 of the time.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related installation experience or a commensurate combination of education and experience.
Must be able to pass a state required background test and hold a Texas Security License.
Pass mandatory drug tests.
Acceptable Plotkin Test Score.
Acceptable Assessment Score.
Clean, satisfactory driving record, and safely operate a motor vehicle.
Ability to follow instructions.
