Short-Term Rental Cleaner
Are you passionate about keeping spaces clean and organized? We are seeking a dedicated Short-TermRental Cleaner to join our team. As a Short-Term Rental Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the rental units after each guest checkout. This will be an on-call position, 7 days a week, and you will use an app for notification of requested cleanings. Most weeks average 3 cleanings but this can vary based on bookings. You will be responsible for 3-5 units which range in size from studio apartments to 3 bedroom homes.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces if needed
- Organize and tidy up rooms and common areas
- Carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning as needed
- Launder linens and towels in accordance with established procedures (a second set of linens will be available to swap out. You will be required to wash dirty linens at a laundromat or your home and switch them out the next time guests leave).
- Report on condition of unit, possible damage or missing items
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
