What are the responsibilities and job description for the Listing Concierge Coordinator - Remote position at Realogy?

We are seeking a full-time Listing Concierge Coordinator to support the sales offices, and the position is responsible for accurate and timely processing of listing packages.  Position requires the individual to act as a liaison between the sales associate and various vendor partners.  The Listing Concierge Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders with a primary focus on exceptional customer service.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
  • Answer agent questions about the program and ordering process, etc.
  • Provide assistance to sales associates to complete online order process for the Listing Concierge program. This would be through an ‘online chat” program or phone.
  • Review listing concierge orders and confirm the orders are completed correctly.
  • Request listing copy from agents after order has been placed.
  • Provide assistance to those sales associates who need to upload photos (estimated at 20% of orders)
  • Review proofs of all print items (flyers, brochures, just listed/sold and trifolds) and provide to agent for final approval.
  • Once print proofs are approved by agent, order the print items. Schedule sold into the future for “storage” until sold. Then order.
  • Upload unbranded virtual tour to MLS.
  • Make changes to print materials above based on requests from agents.
  • Follow up with sales associate to ensure e-blast has been proofed and sent when the listing is ready to go on the market.
  • Provide assistance to sales associate for mobile flyers through dot signal.
  • Create and complete Facebook demographically targeted boost for sales associates.
  • Create marketing overview for seller (with all links) and send to agent
  • Order previously proofed Just Sold cards when the listing has sold.
  • Send out satisfaction survey rating the program and assistance at the completion of each order (but before the sold card goes out).
  • Assist with scheduling studio production time
 
Qualifications:

  • Recent experience in processing Listing Concierge transactions
  • 2-3 years or more of customer service and administrative experience
  • Prior real estate experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Capable of working with a diverse group of individuals and personalities
  • Accuracy and a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to follow direction and utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and effectively perform in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in managing problems involving several variables
  • Ability to work under pressure within deadlines
  • Skilled in managing and prioritizing shifting responsibilities
