RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is partnering with a PREMIER commercial real estate owner/operator who has a NATIONAL presence. We are current recruiting for a Property Accountant to join their growing team in Dallas!
This person will be responsible for the daily property accounting of an BEAUTIFUL commercial portfolio of retail and office properties. The ideal candidate will have experience within commercial real estate and/or retail and have a good understanding of property accounting, including AP/AR, budgets, CAMs, balance sheet reconciliations, real estate tax, etc. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, strong foundational accounting knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
This opportunity offers an EXCELLENT base salary ($65,000 - $75,000, DOE) 10% target bonus, and the opportunity to work in a close-knit and team-oriented environment with a fantastic company.

Requirements
- 2-5 years' property accounting experience in commercial real estate or within a retail company
- Bachelor's degree REQUIRED (Accounting degree, preferred)
- Advanced MS Excel skills are a MUST HAVE ( Must be able to create and manage complex spreadsheets, perform advanced functions, utilize formulas, etc.)
- $65,000 - $75,000 base salary (DOE)
- 10% annual target bonus
