What are the responsibilities and job description for the PBE Counter Sales Representative position at Realty Connect?
As a part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate PBE Counter Sales. This position will be responsible for providing sales, order fulfillment, and technical support to our walk-in / retail customers.

- Assists "walk-in" customers with sales of products and/or services, responds to questions regarding PBE products, pricing, technical questions, etc.
- Generates revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products.
- Mix paint as required.
- Have knowledge and experience in color-matching automotive paint.
- Processes orders – performs order entry and reviews orders for correct pricing and quantities.
- Receive and process payment from walk-in customers.
- Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when a product requested is not available.
- Manage showroom inventory and image.
- Observes changes in inventory to insure minimum stock levels.
- Sets up special order part numbers that are not regularly stocked in the warehouse.
- Coordinates / assist with the warehouse department to pull product(s) for a customer.
- Follow all company policy for the required use of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Assumes other duties as assigned.
