Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized
Schedule appointments and assist clients with inquiries
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is a plus
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
