Switchboard Operator - temp to possible hire Monday through Friday 8:30 – 5:30 on site initially. Once trained position can go hybrid Responsibilities Include • Ensuring timely and professional responses to incoming calls at the Company’s switchboard console. • Support various administrative processes including but not limited to special projects requiring understanding of Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel and Word, filing bills, assignment of accounts for the Sales Organization, maintenance of account managers in system directories and updating customer catalog subscription changes, along with any additional assigned work. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Basic computer knowledge with ability to operate keyboard for data entry. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with ability to create a document or simple spreadsheet. • Attention to detail in composing, keying, and ensuring customer call is transferred accurately • Customer oriented with ability to listen to and anticipate needs of the customer • Articulate with ability to express oneself clearly and professionally in written and oral communication
