JOB DESCRIPTION

Rebecca’s Culinary Group is seeking friendly, customer focused cashiers for their busy café at the New England Conservatory in Boston! You will work in a high-volume, fast paced, display kitchen, serving students and faculty members and providing a positive customer experience! Our staff thrives in a team environment, supporting each other. The right candidate will have a friendly attitude, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in an energetic working environment!

Essential Functions

• Provides quick and cheerful customer service.
• Can communicate with guests and co-workers in a friendly manner.
• Have strong product knowledge and understanding of customer base.
• Operate a point-of-sale system and managing transactions.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Skills/Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sales systems
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and manner.
• Can work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work well with others.
• 1 year experience - Preferred
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
• Knowledge of safe food handling
• Bilingual with Spanish – a plus

Hours – Full Time (40 hours)

• Monday – Friday
• Day and Night Shifts
• Weekend Shifts
