Rebekah's Health & Nutrition Source was established in 2007 in Lapeer, MI. Rebekah's is the 3rd largest supplier of the high quality supplements of alternative health in Michigan. With Locations in Clarkston, Grand Blanc, Lake Orion and Lapeer. We offer classes, one on one consultations, and advice from health practitioners on a walk in basis.
To excel in this position, you will ensure excellent customer service in your store, meet sales and profitability goals and manage (as well as inspire) your team effectively. Our ideal candidate will have experience with being P&L responsible, as well as a proven track record of increasing sales and profitability, building and maintaining a strong team, and a knack for networking within the community as well as building strong relationships with customers, other businesses and vendors .

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of the holistic health and wellness market
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive results
- Ability to work independently, as well as lead and motivate a team
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete Store Schedule Monthly (staying within payroll budget)
- Meets sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to Wellness Coaches and Cashiers.
- Reach out into the community to make connections with like-minded individuals to drive sales & traffic into your location,
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Encourage educational knowledge by providing aisle training to Wellness Coaches and Cashiers, daily.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain outstanding store conditions & visual merchandising.
- Handle all customer complaints & grievances at a store level.
- Ensure all pricing & signage are correct.
