We are in need of an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee the planning and management of marketing sales and operations. The candidate will play a major role in improving processes and procedures, enhancing brand awareness, audience/lead acquisition, and driving audience engagement and retention.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Employees must be available to work a shift during ReBiz business hours Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am to 6 pm, (aside from reasonable accommodations or military obligations).
Work Environment
This job operates in an office business environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

JOB SPECIFICS
Responsibilities
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Present, promote, and sell marketing products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Deliver marketing programs to support the expansion and growth of the company's services, products, and brands.
- Planning, development, and execution of local and national campaigns, including online advertising, social media, email, content, and lifecycle marketing.
- Oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience).
- Identify new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing tactics and platforms.
- Develop and manage B2C and B2B acquisition efforts through digital marketing channels, trade shows, 3rd party partnerships, etc
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Manage digital agency relationships by working with supporting teams (such as developers, specialists, and strategists), as well as campaign budgets and schedules
- Assist with publicity efforts on behalf of the company.
